Bookkeeping was an issue – the books were not at all maintained. Annual filings were late, and new investors were frustrated by the lack of management accounts.

We deployed one of our accountants onsite for the first few days in order to implement a new accounting system that suited this particular business. We implemented Xero, with the use of Receipt Bank.
Once implemented, and with the staff trained on Receipt Bank, we were able to support the business remotely. The use of Receipt Bank significantly shortened the time spent on bookkeeping when compared to entering each invoice manually.
Missing records were chased, and books brought up to date – maintained going forward on a weekly basis. Monthly management accounts and weekly cash-flow forecasts were delivered to the client.
New business was tracked against each online advertising channel in order to determine ROI and profitability per channel.
